Zack (Dylan Sprouse), gets in trouble for setting off a stink cloud. For his punishment, he is made hall monitor. Trouble goes wrong when he takes the job to seriously and upsets his friends in the long run.
Meanwhile, Bailey gets a job at London's (Brenda Song) boutique, which is an extension of London's personal closet.
